Sally and I want to express our thanks to the great Pueblo Balloon crew that took us on a magical journey on July 11, 2003.

Ed, our pilot, assisted by Rocky and Brad, provided us with a very professional experience that will last a lifetime. From our initial meeting at our motel, the set up and flight, to the champagne brunch and good byes, they were a courteous, informational and "a hoot" to be with. Thanks guys!

The breath-taking views were inspirational, and the New Mexico scenery is beyond words and description. Silently slipping along the sage-brush covered plain, and watching the ground open up into the magnificent Rio Grande Gorge was a once-in-a-lifetime revelation of beauty and awe. The sweet slide into the chasm was a tremendous thrill, expertly handled by Ed.

As we rose out of the rocky opening, the landscape spread out before us like a golden carpet. The chase crew below followed us, and assisted in a perfect landing. Later, our delicious brunch in Taos was a delight, and the conversation lively as the bubbles in the champagne.

This was a dream, and we thank all of those involved. Pueblo Balloons are the best!

Wow, what a trip - literally!!!!  Thank you for your attention to detail, time, safety and fun.  You guys have this down to a science and I felt VERY COMFORTABLE the whole time.  Your professionalism was the best and you let your kindness as well as your colorful personalities shine through.  I cannot think of anything I would have changed.  You were both perfect - Johnny - what a landing - right on the road as you told us!!  You are amazing.  I cannot wait to see your movie.  Keep me posted on how it goes and when it will come out.  It's funny, but I put up a little prayer that you would be our pilot and here you had sold the company, but drove in from Texas to take us and another trip on Sunday.  I believe God works in mysterious ways and our trip was blessed with having both you and Ed there.  Thanks.  I will send anyone I know to you for a ride.  We picked up the posters and met your friends in the store - who would have believed that we ran into a woman from Kirkwood Missouri in JD Challenger's store - a bit spooky!  We live in Kirkwood!!!!  We enjoyed seeing JD's store - he is quite a talent.  I could sense good feelings throughout the trip and from your friends.  What a power you guys are - keep up the good marketing.

Hi Ed and Brad,

We just returned to Bermuda on Friday and have spent the past couple of days catching up and doing laundry, but I didn't want to let the weekend go by without e-mailing you.

First, let me say again how much we enjoyed our balloon ride. Richard says I haven't stopped talking about it since, and he's right. It was great, and you were right -- the bumpy take off and landing have made the tale just that much more fun to tell. Both of you added tremendously to the experience, too, as you are both witty, charming and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed meeting you, and we're ready to go again.

Dear Ed, Brad, Rocky, Jay, and Leslie,

We are now back home from our New Mexico vacation, and we just wanted to let you know that our balloon adventure with you was the high point of our vacation, both literally and figuratively. Ed's expert piloting was a source of great reassurance for whatever anxiety we had at the start. The views and the serenity of floating over New Mexico made for an extraordinary experience. Most importantly, the hospitality that all of you showed us made us feel that we were your special guests. We cannot recommend the experience more highly. We hope that others NM vacationers enjoy the thrill of ballooning with you.

We just arrived home from a wonderful vacation which was made even better by a terrific hot air balloon experience with some of the nicest people that one would ever meet.
Your hospitality and genuine friendliness was overwhelming. Not only were we privileged to fly with an experienced balloon pilot but it was also very educational. Johnny was a terrific pilot and host with needless to say a great sense of humor. The day would have been complete as it was. Enjoying a great ride through the gorge but we were privileged to be invited to great meal of steak with all the trimmings that evening. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your lives for that day. We are telling everyone who will listen to us about how great your whole crew was, and how exhilarating the experience was.

It was definitely the highlight of our vacation.
